Replacing several teeth, or all of them
When three or more teeth are missing in a row, an implant bridge anchors a row of new teeth to two or more implants. When an entire arch is failing or already gone, All-on-X attaches a full set of fixed teeth to a handful of implants. Both options feel far more secure than a removable partial or denture. Implant bridges also help when there is not enough space for single-tooth implants, and they save on cost by reducing the number of implants needed.
Keeping an implant bridge clean
You floss under an implant bridge by threading floss underneath it, or you can use a water flosser. Well cared-for implant bridges and single implants can last a lifetime, and being able to eat what you want again makes a real difference to your health.
Planned on the computer first
Full-arch cases depend on precision. Dr. Bal merges your 3D CBCT with a scan of your mouth, plans each implant around the available bone, and has a surgical guide made by the lab. The same files are used to design your new teeth, so the bite, shape and shade are planned together.
Is a full arch right for you?
All-on-X is often chosen by people who are tired of a loose denture, or whose remaining teeth are failing from decay or gum disease. A consultation with a CBCT scan shows how much bone you have and whether grafting is needed.
