Education
Dr. Bal first earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in India, the British designation for a graduate of dental school. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
Experience
She practised dentistry for 20 years before opening Creekside Dental Care in Citrus Heights. UOP introduced her to her passion for implant placement, and today she plans every implant on screen, combining 3D CBCT with 3Shape intraoral scans and placing implants through custom surgical guides.
Her approach
Dr. Bal loves seeing the self-esteem boost a new smile gives a patient. For some that comes from dental implants; for others, from a smile redesigned with veneers or crowns, preserving and building on what nature gave them. She is also known as the easiest dentist to contact: patients can text her office 24/7.

Dr. Bal is a Delta Dental Premier provider, and the office bills most PPO plans.
